Extract from of Introductory letter:
Dear New Member,
Welcome to Ryedale Sub Aqua Club.
Please find enclosed a membership form, two self-declaration medical form, a copy of the membership subscription price list and a membership address list.
As you have decided to become a member of RYSAC, please complete, sign and date the membership form and return to Membership Secretary along with your payment. The Membership fee is £180.00, which includes £43.00 BSAC Membership, £72.00 RYSAC Membership, £35.00 Pool & Training Fees and £30.00 for the Diving Manual and Student Handbook.
This entitles you to full use of the club kit for the first year, although you are expected to purchase own mask, fins, snorkel & weight belt asap; all your tuition and lessons from qualified Trainers; Training Packs and Diving Manual; Membership to BSAC for one year, including the monthly ‘Dive’ magazine and Membership to Rysac for one year.
Please complete both of the self-declaration medical forms and forward one form to the Diving Officer and retain the other form for your records.
Alternatively, you can return the completed self-declaration form to the Membership Secretary along with your Membership form. The completed form will then be passed on to the appropriate person.
Please make cheques payable to Ryedale Sub Aqua Club.
